Information security policy
As a modern, forward-looking business, Haymillian recognises at senior levels the need to ensure that its business operates smoothly, with security in mind and without interruption for the benefit of its customers, employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
To provide such a level of secure operation our company has implemented an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with the international standard for Information Security, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and the content security program developed by Motion Picture Association, version Version 4.09 July 14, 2021.
The operation of this ISMS has many benefits for the business, including:
- Ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the corporate information and customer media content managed and processed by it,
- Ensure business continuity and minimize business damage by preventing and / or minimizing the impact of security incidents on the information it manages,
- Reduce the number of different controls used by various content owners and harmonize the controls used by both ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and the content security program developed by MPA,
- Offer controls that are specific to the needs and workflows of specific vendors,
- Assist in identifying vulnerabilities and communicate remediation through the TPN platform,
- Allow vendors to promote their security preparedness,
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Senior management will also ensure that a systematic review of performance of the corporate security program is conducted on a regular basis to ensure that information security objectives are being met and relevant issues are identified through the audit programme and management processes.
The purpose of the ISMS is to define an overall posture regarding information security that is appropriate to the purpose of Haymillian, and includes:
- A framework for setting information security objectives,
- A commitment to satisfying applicable requirements,
- A commitment to continual improvement of the ISMS.
